Below was my simple plan to get the Libya engagement over in a week or so which was written months ago. It is widely hypothsized that over the last week or so this exact plan has seemed to of reached maturity allowing for a virtual “quantum leap” in the Rebels’ advances. Many are also noting the rebels newer, heavier weapons as well as ability to easily communicate and coordinate with one another.
