So this is the first Soyuz failure in 30 years, what if this was the man rated version and we lost an ISS crew? What would we do? Evacuate the space station until we review the system similar to the post Columbia Shuttle fleet grounding? We are in dangerous waters having no alternative to get crews to our 100+ billion dollar space station, total stupidity got us here and honestly we deserve whatever we get by making such foolish spaceflight decisions…
