General Atomics builds truely revolutionary products. There is no doubt that the next step in capability for the Predator line will be worth every penny. It would seem that small and medium sized countries could get the best use out of the Predator platform in the sea control role, where their endurance, cost of operations, and modular ISR suites would be of great value. It looks like GA is going to give the folks what they want in the form of Predator XP.
Its funny, the export models of many aerial weapons systems seem to outclass those in the mainline US inventory. America waits for the next generation on the horizon whereas export customers are looking for a more affordable and available X.5 generation systems. Kinda like the Iphone XG and the Iphone XGs.
